Yeah man. Ruins online play for me. I'm 3-1 online, I'm not bad at all (small sample size I know) and every guy I played just shoots half court 3s or they shoot them in the corner. The corner is cheap because if you block it, the ball falls behind the offensive player. I'd get two blocks in a row with Bill Russell then after he's gassed, the 3rd three would be good.

I'd play more online but it's just not satisfying.

I've played 66 games now. Not sure what my online record is, but I'm 33-33 overall. This game is very fun, but hard to get used to. The controls are ok at best, but not consistent. Also, I wish the servers were a bit more solid. I've had about 15 games where it was so glitchy it was unplayable. I'm hoping for a lot of the issues to be fixed in the next patch or 2.

What kind of duos are you using? I used Walton/Harden combo to great success. Same with Penny/Walton. Guys with high dunk (Walton) don't get blocked much on dunks.

Drexler was getting wrecked and he has 9 in dunks. I just quit trying dunks.

Once I switched to 3's (Dirk) and just pure shooting (Magic) things became much easier.

Height matters for dunks

Spuds Webb and Clyde drexler get wrecked when you're facing decent shot blockers

Not iverson though. If you have a spud Webb or someone like that you need a mutumbo or Robinson

2 days at the airport and every shite in between

I have like 150 games logged but a lot of them are first to 10 points so I could level up and get card packs and a lot of them were tournament challenges that have 3 minutes on the clock instead of 5

This is would I would do:

- Balance the AI/Computer - They lose lottery bar, stamina, etc.
- Increase their skill/play style for both Tournaments and for all modes - Online, Vs. Online is going to require a reliance on the AI and that won't work now.
- Visual Shot Bar or some kind of indicator
- Make three's harder, but equalize them around the arc
- Lose Stamina on Stealing
- Decrease amounts on all activities that take stamina in response. (If I can steal three times with a full stamina bar, I should be able to crossover 3-4 times)
- Take out the "Perfect" Bonus, or make it an option. Defaults to Off for Online. Or make the "Perfect" Bonus extra Lottery instead of Extra Points.
- Increase the speed ranges across the board - Faster players should be faster significantly from slow players. Probably means adjusting some stats for players

I just want a little more differentiation and less chances for 5+ points on a possession.

playing to 10 points while upgrading players can be a challenge when you don't have your preferred mix

Basically if you lose the tip off and don't have a big time shot blocker you're probably going to lose

Obviously I play the hardest AI difficulty

I've easily gotten 20 bucks out of this game and it is fun as shite.

having said that...the one thing they absolutely HAVE to do is patch the rumble

playing with the joycons it sounds like a god damn bomb is going to go off. i couldn't play this while my wife was sleeping it is so freaking loud.

Not going to lie, I cheated.

2-player game, to 10 points. All 4 players in the game earn xp.

Finish a game in like 45 seconds.

If they increase the speed range they need to scale back stamina on guys with 7+ stamina.

Playing online against the guard duos, all they do is around pushing you.

each defender gets one push per possession or at least that was what I thought.

No. It takes a full (or mostly full) stamina bar to do a push iirc.

This game can be maddening sometimes. Playing in tournament mode and Every time the computer gets anywhere near me they steal the ball. Then almost every time down the court they're hitting perfect shots and piling up 4 and 5 point possessions. They also really need some sort of bar that the top to let you gauge when to release the button on a shot.

As if it wasn't easy enough already.

Pass the ball back and forth. Utilize the cross overover.
