I haven't heard any problems on PS4. It is basically arkham city without the Joker, better graphics, and a batmobile. I'm not they far in the story yet.

The batmobile isn't bad, it's just forced so much on the player during the first hour of game play.

I personally love the bat mobile. It's awesome to watch the world crumble around you as you wreck shite.
Probably a little forced on you early on, but I love hitting L1 and hearing it coming and then jumping in. Makes me feel like the damn Bat.....man.

Picked it up last night for PS4. Huge storm hit and now nobody has power in my county. So pissed

I'm enjoying the batmobile. It is a little forced in the early going but I feel it's just to get the player acclimated to it's role in the narrative.

I can't get over the fact that it looks exactly like the last 2 games with a bat mobile added in.
I stopped playing Arkham Origins after a few hours and I would assume I would do the same with this.

The arkham series does an excellent job of storytelling. It's like a playable BTAS which is widely considered to be the GOAT Saturday morning cartoon. That's worth paying money for.
There's been quite a few twists in this new game that I didn't see coming and surprised the hell out of me. Batman is quite the tortured soul in this game.

Origins was a copy and paste of city with a few wrinkles thrown in like city doubling the size of its map with north Gotham., crime scene solving and acessing the batcave.
It's just as good as city.

Meh, not really.
The whole superhero theme (especially batman) has been so overdone recently and I'm not even a huge fan to begin with. Everything else making these games enjoyable has been repeated so much that its lost its luster.

All of this. The series has done a great job of capturing the essence of Batman and his universe. Sure, at some point there are only so many new tools you can add, but as long as they keep writing great stories and stay true to the universe I'll keep buying.
