is it weird i like to press the mouse wheel when at the bottom of a page and shoot the arrow to the top of the screen and think of it as batman's grappling hook?

"Days Left Widget Pro". And I guess it's OK. My friend has the same phone, the Fascinate, and he said the iPhone is much better. I have nothing to compare it to. It has it's moments

I am a Android developer on the side.. haha, I already knew what your phone was! :P
I wouldn't go with Samsung myself.. I'm a huge HTC guy, and really REALLY like custom ROMS, so yeah.

Can you tell me why the gingerbread 2.3.3 has slowed down my phone so much and takes forever to reboot when I turn it off? I mean it looks cool as shite, but things like my texting and phone call menus are sooo slow. I have a Droid X. Even some apps are slow, but I'm attributing that to the apps not being updated for the phone software.

Ok.. there are a number of different problems that could be causing this.
#1: If you are still using Advance Task Killer.. stop it NOW before your phone's software just blows up on you. (If you need some more information on this I will gladly tell you why in more detail if you do)
#2: There are a few apps that haven't been developed for GB yet.. because of this they can slow down your phone, which is self explanatory. What I always tell people to do is go to the Marketplace - look at the apps at the bottom of your "My Apps" list, those are the ones that haven't updated in awhile usually, go through those and just check each of them out.
#3: You have some malicious app running in the background at all times causing your phone to run out of control..
#4: there are a few other things, but these are usually the 3 top reasons for a slow phone.

THIS is the saddest part of Android.. that one of the coolest features of Android is constantly told to "go away".
I'll write something up in a second... kinda working with my boss right now on some graphic design stuff, then I'll be back.

How would I find this out. Everything is scanned by Lookout and it's never found anything. Better question...is Lookout even legit?
