Seriously man.. you should get the GoTY edition.. you wont regret it, and if you don't like it, after 7 days you can return it and just get the normal one.

Not sure. I think they give you a code to download it on PSN or Live.

Yes, the GoTY edition has everything on it. 2 of the DLC is incredibly good, and you need a 3rd one to get the highest level, so 3/4 of the DLC is what you would end up getting anyways - that's like $25.. so getting the GoTY edition is worth it.
