Thats Batman Beyond version of Batman. The Beyond Suit I'm guessing will ony be unlockable once you beat the game since it has a bunch more going for it than the regular Batsuits.

Her skin looks like porcelain.. that's a horrible photoshop job, she probably had so much cellulite that in order to get rid of it, her skin looks fake now.. also.. this isn't the OT
