My GF is a shitty tipper and we always get in fights about it... $3 is not "okay" on a $40 bill

don't blame the server, blame the restaurants
they pretty much make it necessary to tip, the customers basically pay a good portion of the restaurants labor
they love it this way and will likely do anything to keep it the same
