Not trying to pick on you (and this is admittedly off topic) but I never understand statements like this. Are you also planning on "growing out of" movies, music, and books?
Why are video games considered some sort of immature past time that must be abandoned at a certain age?
ETA: In hindsight, you might simply mean you plan on starting a family and won't have much time for gaming (which might be true), so there would be no need to buy a gaming system for a while. But, that's not how I interpreted it.

Because they'll have games that I want to play. It happens with every console. Once there's 5-6 games and a decent price tag, I tend to bite.

I get about $500 worth of games with my PS+ sub. So, I'm not sweating it.
