Yeah, the early reviews are crazy high. It's gonna get quite a few perfect or near perfect scores again.

Pretty meaningless when the average game reviewer these days is far more concerned about the games social and political overtones than the gameplay.

Not really, sales and reviews and awards matter more. Will be sky high on all of those.

It definitely has been slow for Nintendo. I don't own an Xbox but sounds like it has been slow, but I think they will have a great launch line up. Sony has great games coming but not sure if they will have much at launch. I guess we will find out soon.

Worst year I can remember (so far). I haven’t found anything fun to do since I finished AC: Odyssey a while ago.

I will completely reverse my position if Silksong ever gets released and is anywhere near as good as Hollow Knight. That would make the entire year for me.

Some of the bigger games have been delayed, but there's already been several great games come out so far.
