In playoff predictions you missed the Brewers...I looked at standings and aren't they pretty much a lock.

I just had an insane game in game 2 of the first series against the Rays. Top 8 tied 2-2, Rays get bases loaded no outs. I get the first guy to pop out to the catcher. 2nd guy pops out to 2nd, and then I strike the third guy out to go to the bottom of the 8th tied. Bottom 8, first batter is Mighty Mouse Jose Altuve who jacks the first pitch he sees into the stands for a 3-2 lead. Top 9, I forgot to warm my closer so I go to my reliable lefty setup Edgin. He gives up a base hit and then up steps a lefty. I think alright, lefty/lefty matchup. Nope, dude jacks a 2 run HR and now im faced with a defecit heading into the bottom of the 9th. Hafner starts things off by striking out. Then Hargrove singles up the middle to bring up the ageless wonder Vernon Wells. He promptly walks it off with a 2 run shot to win 5-4.

3. Dodgers (46-21 with 15 gms left)

Sorry man. I completely forgot about the brewers. I wasn't looking at ps4 and I know the AL playoffs a little better.

That win eliminated the white sox and the twins. Rays have 4 vs Houston and 3 vs Pirates. Rays are 4-5 against me, so I should have tie breaker. What's weird is you look at standings and sox, twins, rangers, tigers (27-50) and marlins (23-55) are all ahead of me. I'm guessing it's just cause of games left to be played. If this game does something stupid and has one of them ahead of me in the standings at the end I will lose it.

Love the activity in here as we close out the season. We will need it for playoffs and discussing the off season.
I would like to get back to 12, but it's not a must if you ask me. We have a solid group of members, who will hopefully all stick around. I'm hoping Tigerterror changes his mind in the offseason and stays with us.
The problem with going out of TD to get members is communication. We would have to get another form, which I thought we should do anyway but got no replies. I think using this site should always be our #1. As long as we don't dip below 8, we are good. I just hope we don't lose any after the season.
