Also reddit says phoenix credit drop rate was nerfed as well.
As they said, it sucks a lot of people were able to farm them and rack up a ton before the nerf. Won't ever be able to catch those people.

Phoenix credits that were nerfed, too much penalty for going rogue, and other minor things.
Everything is all of a sudden unfair, the guys who rushed to the top are upset that they lose too much going rogue.
The non high level people are mad that they couldn't get all the Phoenix credits at end game.

I decided to finally troll for the first time and was just rocking people with grenades right before they would attach their gear onto an extraction point last night with some of my friends and we didn't even realize the penlaty for going rouge until I read the subreddit late last night. Whatever. I had a blast.

It was pretty funny. I'm only level 14 and so are my other three friends so we were the strongest we could be in the bracket so really no one else had a chance.
We eventually just started posting up outside of one of the doors and just killed people as soon as they would walk outside. Total dick move, I know, but it was pretty hilarious watching people continually run out trying to kill us thinking there would somehow be another outcome.

I haven't run the sticky bomb in a while, but most of the time in the extractions I was trolling it was like level 8-10's. The grenade would put them down by itself most times. I'm assuming it was just the level discrepancy.
