Texas Chainsaw Massacre the Game

Anyone played this game yet? Got it the other night for PS5 and it’s pretty damn fun/stressful. Only thing that bugs me is it’s really hard to escape the properties. Kind of like Dead by Daylight and Friday the 13th game combined.

I played it a bit, its free with PC game pass. I like it fine, but I like Dead by Daylight better, I think Im gonna stick with that, especially with the Alien DLC coming in 6 days

Yeah it definitely needs some work for sure. I used to play DBD, and I do like that game but just got a little bit old on me. Then again I stopped playing after Michael Myers DLC years ago….

the last few DLC have been underwhelming but the Alien DLC looks great

I just want another game that plays exactly like Friday the 13th. It doesn't even need the license. It can be a parody of slashers like it was originally going to before they painted Ft13 over it. It's the perfect setup for an escape the killer game and having 7 v 1 is soooo much better than 4 v 1 from DBD b/c you aren't immediately screwed if a teammate drops out. The 4 v 3 for Chainsaw sounds interesting but still seems like your game will get ruined pretty damn quick if somebody drops out.

F13 was so much fun. Texas Chainsaw is fun too but damn is it toxic

I tried a game as both victims and family.
I still need to learn some of the systems (ie setting traps appropriately as family), but overall it seemed like a fun to piss away a few hours.
