Ten PS4/PS5 games available on disc you consider necessities...

For those wanting to bolster their physical disc collection on the current PS platform, what are your ten "must have" games?
I'm talking fun to play and not just owning for the sake of it being a collectible.
I may have missed out over the last few years being a "casual gamer".
I'll list mine for fun to prevent duplicates (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER):
1-COD franchise (BO2 and BO3 in particular)
2-No way out
3-Sniper Elite series
4-GTA 5
5-GT6/7
6-RDR2
7-Wreckfest
8-Baldur's gate (I have a collectors edition which is pretty cool)
9-Pacific Drive
10-The Crew:Motorfest

Solid list. Would Witcher 3, Spider-Man, and Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain work?

Games do not play off disk in PS4 or PS5. Sony could still technically make it unplayable if the wanted.
You pretty much need this as best option
- PS4/PS5 disc game
- Single-player
- No online requirement
- Fully installed and patched
The problem now is "fully installed and patched" with new games. Most launch with day 1 updates, and the game could be unplayable without that update. If they remove the update from the cloud, then you can only use the disk on a device that had the update already installed.

Well I guess anything is possible and Sony could go out of business tomorrow and nobody's games would work that require updates or use of PSN.
But it's pretty safe to assume Sony will be here for the foreseeable future.
My original post assumes Sony doesn't try to block updates or attempt to make existing games unplayable for the foreseeable future.
