re: TD 360 Dynasty 2010 - Year 3 Week 3 - Advance 1/26 @ 7 PM

i'll just retire if i have been too slow this one time. started out okay, but this league went a couple weeks without advancing at one point and i got tired of checking it

we waited so long between a few of the games that i lost touch with the dynasty. i will check it tonight, and if it's still good we can play. if it has been advanced after i was on autopilot then i will just retire and get out of the way of this blazing speed dynasty yall have going on here

It was a great defensive struggle in the first quarter. Back and forth with punts and forced fumbles. Once the second quarter started, my guys couldn't catch passes worth shite (I had the catch strategy on conservative all game) and fumbled like the ball was lubed in Astroglide, repetitively (I had the ball carrier set on conservative the whole game as well). I think it just came down to the homefield advantage the CPU afforded Va Tech in the snow. I also had a redonkulous amount of clipping calls, even after I changed the setting to conservative (I was like WTF, mate?).

I think outside of my 5 turnovers (!!!!!!!!!) I played a pretty decent game all around. I legitimately threw 1 pick into traffic early on, and the second one came when I was trying to force things at the end. The fumbles all were garbage after the first two series we each had where we Big Hit and caused them. I pretty much held him to field goals on offense all game.

I have to say that I was impressed with the class roger showed in declining the incessant clipping penalties he knew were straight up ridiculous, except at the end where he knew it would just give me more opportunities to stay in the game. I converted a 1st and 40 at one point to illustrate how stupid it got with the penalties.

I look forward to playing you again in Knoxville next season. I was impressed with the defensive game you played, and your offense did just enough to keep getting points.

Idk I haven't looked at the rankings since it was advanced last night, but it looks like Ok St will be a lock to get in should he win out, and it seemed like a stretch for someone other than SEC champ to get in also.

EZ, looks like we got a date coming up soon Finally after all this time we meet for the first time. Winner will be in the NC game.


Swagger sorry I quit on you in the other league, it really did suck bad and was way too slow. I know this league has been slow at times but it has been the most consistent(one of the longest on this site) and a lot more fun than most others. When dip shite is not military training in BFE we move pretty quick. Make sure Mike puts you on my schedule for next year.


And for Lt Mike, I still can't get LB's. But I did get the best 2 DT's

As funny as it sounds I hate my team this year. I don't know who would have won in 09, but I give you a much better chance to win in 10 than I would have in 09. I'm still not very good at this one. I was up and down in 09 game. I built ND from scratch and the year I won the NC it would have been hard to beat me since my D was a beast. I had 4-5 players that were a 99 overall on D. I think I lost to BR that year by a point and I know you two had a few good games.

I am better this year but sometimes still find that I am scratching my head wondering what is going on. I went 20 games online without losing then lost 2 in a row to level 1 guys who seemed to run the same D that I couldn't break. As sad as it is there is a way to manipulate this game if you find the right D. I hate people who are good at controlling defensive players. I'm talking about guys who play with FS and seem to be able to cover deep and be in the backfield making the tackle.

I never had trouble beating Florida online but the people who use them always want to run outside with Tebow You know the ones I am talking about. Easy fix with a corner blitz. Florida is dangerous in the right hands. I am not believing your negative hype.

OU still has OSU so no doubt this is the game to get in to the NC.

We will advance tomorrow sometime. Waiting on Chad Jones LSU to play his game...
