I have a long way to go before Va Tech will challenge FSU for ACC supremacy. The computer did a horrible job managing Va Tech before I took over. So I have alot of work to do on the recruiting end.

Just talked to the commish. He apologizes for not having us set up. Hew has been oyt of town the last 2 days interviewing for jobs but we will move ahead tomorrow night

Haven't had much time to be on here lately, but decided to pop in and say Im looking forward to the new season. I was able to put together another top tier recruiting class again this year, and many of them are starting as freshman.
It seem that I can put together a top 3 class with no problem, but I can't keep any of them until their senior year. I only have 5 or 6 seniors on my roster this year. It causes a lot of havoc for me. I lost my 1st AND 2nd string FS and SS in the off-season. It's really difficult to build a stellar defense with this kind of attrition. Cohesiveness on the OL and DL suffers as well.
But I've got hella fast skill position players, and a freshman QB who won the starting job over a RS Senior and RS Junior.
Good luck this year. If recent history is any barometer we will see a new National Champ this year.

What the hell happened. I just won a national title and i can't get a single four/five star to even want to play for me. I have a bunch of 1/2 stars lined up.
I'm not digging the first game of the season being user/user either. Its fair because its the majority of us but i don't really care for it. I didnt' even look at my schedule either; too busy trying to figure out whats up with my netflix.

You can practice by saving it as an offline dynasty. Not everyone has the same number of user games though. Not sure if he had trouble with the schedules or what.

i practiced. Its no big deal, i'm just not a fan of it. Its fair because its basically everyone.
i'm more upset at the fact i have no good recruits. That and this weed smell coming from my neighbors apartment. Smells Good though.

Im at work tonight and won't be able to play until Friday morning or later Friday evening. Who am I playing week 1? Whoever you are probably best to XBL me when you can play.

Yeah, I had no idea that cene and I played each other at all this year, much less the 1st week. I guess I'll find out if I have any good players or not.
Someone mentioned saving it offline and practicing...do most take it that seriously? I'll go to practice in the dynasty but I never thought of saving it offline to practice against the user's team. Is that the norm?

It doesn't really help because the cpu plays so much differently. It's more to get used to your guys and your team, especially since we can't keep players from leaving. I have maybe 1 senior starting on my team, so they are almost all new this year. It's to get to know what style of play you need to use.

the top 10 is taking a lick in week one. i pounded the #8 Wolverines. My defensive ends are animals. My running backs suck though.
