Good news for Fl, Miami, and WVU, my best player is out for the season. My reciever got hurt, and now I have to go back to a pretty basic offense. I had to play my first game without him. I put up 95 points but I can tell my offense is in trouble. It was against the computer also, so I don't put too much stock in that win. Could be a pretty ugly stretch to finish off the year.

great now i cant even explain my 3rd ACC title game loss in a row as a result of ur cheating, making a guy all 99s and giving him the ability to hover 8 inches above my db's. now all im stuck with is

Fsu 25 @ West Virginia 35

An epic battle as the number 1 ranked team in the nation traveled to west virginia. It was like the frozen thundra of lambeau field (snowed). Florida State came out smoking and found themselves in the red zone. West Virginia on its heels pulled out all the stops forcing FSU to a field goal. On its opening drive west virginia's offensive line proved dominant as it had all season. Capping the drive with a fb dive for a score.

Florida State proved that it was definitely number 1 worthy as in one quick strike found the endzone. 10 - 7 Florida State. West Virginia would knock on wood as they marched down field for another score 14 - 10. The second quarter was slowly coming to a close as West Virginia found itself on its heels again. Florida State inside the ten yard line with no timeouts was unable to find the endzone as time expired.

Halftime 14 - 10 West Virginia, who would receive. On W.V. opening posession through a careless interception. However, on the insuing posession FSU would try and capitalize with a quick hitter and would give the ball right back to West Virginia. On the very next play West Virginia would capitalize with a 80 yard bomb. 21 - 10 West Virginia. As the third quarter came to a close and the fourth quarter began, west virginia found itself with its backs against the wall as its starting quarterback would be hampered by an injury. After putting itself at around midfield and a cruicial fourth down punt. Hoping to pin FSU's ears back failed to do so as the return would go 90 yards for a FSU score.

With the 2pt conversion FSU would cut the lead to 21 - 18. West Virginia was letting this game slip away. Could the back up qb do anything? Apparently not as West Virginia would find itself in a third and long. In came their starting qb, who would roll out left and catch a West Virginia receiver sneaking up the middle of the field. West Virginia would then slowly eat clock until it found its way into the endzone. 28 - 18 West Virginia. FSU would then throw an INT that was returned for a TD (35 - 18). FSU would capitalize on a late but quick score and on west virginia next posession a rush for 38 yards before allowing himself to be tackled inside the 5 out of respect for FSU to end the game.

Final Score 35 - 25

hell of a game Br. As i told you over x-box once you took that punt back i was nervous to throw with my back up because of accuracy issues. I was so thankful Starks came back in and it payed off. Your team is awesome, it just so happened that my redzone defense stepped up big time. That stop right before half time turned out to be huge. Even though Ea considered the INT for Td the game changer, i feel that that was.

Now i'm rooting for an FSU victory over Florida. Unless i get booted to two with this victory. Anyway Hell of a game. Its going to be a tough rivalry for years to come.

This thing is going to be close. If Florida wins someone gets left out. I think I have the SOS to get me in the MNC.
