good game meche. It was a great game. I thought I had it but fell apart in the second half. First game I have ever played with both teams under 200 yds. It was a who was going to make the first mistake type of game. I did and you took advantage. You called all the right plays in the second half and had me a bit off balance.

Now for the part where I bitch.

I can't wait to get a big time QB. I'm going to throw them under the bus on this one. They continued to miss big passes down the field. A couple of times I had man coverage against a LB on my Wr or my Rb and my QB could not put any touch on the pass and would throw lasers. In some games I can control them but others they just go and do crazy shite and miss passes like they have never seen a football before. Texas ran a blitz and usually I can bust it for some big plays but I could not and I was the home team. Usually that happens when I play away.

Anyway, I am happy despite an 8-4 record. No seniors on a D that has played well the last two games despite two loses. 19 pts to USC and 24 to Texas.

so i lost another bowl game to another 6-6 team.


it was back and forth with south carolina all day. with 45 seconds left my defense holds them on 3rd and goal from the one. SC kicks a field goal to tie the game and i get the ball. the kick is returned to the 35 and after a rb screen i hasve the ball on the sc 48 with 15 seconds to play and two timeouts. i burn one to set up the simple wr out that will put me in fieldgoal position

i roll out and find my target, the nearest defensive player is a linebacker trailing him by 2 yards. i pull the trigger and the pass is leading my guy beautifully, if he doesnt catch it, nobody will. then stretch armstrong, who apparently plays LB for south carolina reaches out and snags the ball that is at least 10 feet in front of him. i tackle him at my 36 with 5 seconds to go.

i ice the kicker with my final timeout but he nails the 53 yarder and i lose again.

the SC kicker had fieldgoals of 53,55, and 59 yards in this game.

On a side note, sorry about the 1* dynasty. It sucks for the people like us that actually played our games. I could not keep checking and waiting for people their games. I still have it saved if you want to play it offline, but I killed the online league.

Sorry guys but I got the dreaded 3 red rings on the XBOX tonight so it looks like I'm done. Its been good and thanks.

good game though. First and last game with noel devine, dudes a beast would of liked him in all my other games. Int's did me in.

after halftime it just stopped letting us choose.

Your last drive (not the game ending one) was huge, i couldn't stop the run attack no matter what. I played so well on defense except that drive.

I should of just used my time-out but i figured that i may have needed it in the off-chance that i would have recovered the ball.
