When will they just give the people what they want and make BIGS 3?
Is this a good substitute for that type of gameplay?

I never played the Bigs. So cant answer for sure.
What i can say about Super Mega baseball is i prefer it to the Show. My kids (7 and 5) prefer it to the show. And while its very arcade looking overall it has awesome baseball mechanics and me and my boys have always enjoyed it.

I liked the first 3 games because the controls don`t have to be over complicated. It`s an easy game to play and reminds me of the old school NES type games.

I absolutely love this baseball series and will also buy it day one
It’s gotten exponentially better and better each time they’ve released a new one.. my 9 year old and I play it all the time and laugh hysterically everytime we hit the pitcher with a line drive

I love the create a team feature. I've probably spent more time making teams then playing the actual game.

I might have to jump on this year. Never gotten around to playing one of these before.
Although I think I would want to recreate Baseball Stars from the NES. Doesn't look like I can do this, but I'd like to grab the best legends available and throw them on one super team and then put that team in a Super Mega League. They would dominate, but it would be like creating the American Dreams in Baseball Stars. Then create a custom team and see how long it takes until I can build them up enough to compete with the Dreams. Not even sure that's how this game operates, but I would be reliving my childhood if I could do that
I played entirely way too much of Baseball Stars as a kid.

I was hoping you could edit realistic stats like baseball simulator 1000 on NES. I made real players and edited the stats which automatically made them either base hit guys, power hitters, base stealers and ace pitchers, along with your regular fill in guys.
The first three of this series have been fun for what they are. I was also hoping for more than just four stadiums.
Baseball Stars and baseball simulator were a few of my favorite baseball games of all time.
