Been playing this game for a couple of years in early access. Amazing game.

Unknown Worlds has finally finished the game and it is now released on PC and XBox One.

If you like single player survival games, then this is for you. Good story, controls, and base building. Amazing graphics and the world they created is really unbelievable and HUGE. Game has everything.

Available through Steam.

I won't link any pics from the later part of the game or the really fun creatures. Don't want to spoil anything.

Also, i know we have a lot of Neeb's Gaming fans on here, their Subnautica series is fantastic. I guess now, they'll get to finish the story line.

I just finished a play through first week of January.

I am watching Jacksepticeye play the release. I've probably watched about 4 complete series on this one.

Love the soothing water and visuals.

Easily the best early access game I've ever purchased.

Not a huge pile of story so to love this game, you have to love playing pure survival game with minimal story.

Oh, I heard they will be adding a new biome soon. That would be cool.

I was thinking everything is there for it to be a complete and finished game.

Is this new biome just a dlc type situation to just add more to the game?

And yes, the game is relaxing one minute and terrifying the next. I'm somewhat claustrophobic, and when I'm down 900 meters in a cave, I am freaking out a bit.

I can't stand swimming on the surface over the deep biomes like near the island. All that darkness below... freaks me out. I get very immersed in games like this though.

I made it pretty far in the game during early release a while back. Started a new game last week knowing it would carry over to the fully released version.

Enjoying all the newer updates. Haven't made it down to the river yet on this version. Can't wait to see all that.

Yeah. They had to put the series on hiatus since they ran out of story content, but promised to pick back up when it was released. Neebs and Appsro got to do some voice acting for the final release as well.

Looking forward to its return.

Ive never watched their videos. I'll have to check em out.

My go to gamer is Cohhcarnage. He's a gamer first, entertainer second. I like that. Plus, he doesn't overreact to every little thing like many streamers do.

IGP has good Subnautica videos too. He's very entertaining and has a great voice.. lol

Another thing I think people would appreciate with this game are the sounds.

Music is great and the ocean sounds with all the creatures are phenominal.

They pretty much role play, and if you're into their humour, it's brilliant. Same guys behind Battlefield Friends

While I was playing I was listening to Markaplier and then IGP.

I love the deep deep. My last base was located in the lost River near the ghost leviathan.

I think I saw mention of an arctic biome. Yeah just checked. I think they were thinking of releasing it with 1.0 but I guess they didn't want to add new material that might be buggy to the 1.0 release.

He's the one I've mainly been following for updates to the game.

I've been trying to watch someone else do a play through and it's kinda difficult since that guy (name escapes me atm) is new to the game.

I'm doing multiple bases. I had one down in the lost river last time and will build another one down there.

I like building my first base right by the escape pod in the shallows. It's just nice there and it's the center of the map.

I've got all my deployables made now and have been just doing resource runs lately. I make my Cyclops pretty much a mobile base by building everything I need inside it, with lots of lockers for storage. So I can go out for long periods in it and come back with tons of everything I'll need.

I still have the hardest time finding magnetite. I googled again where to find it, but I just can never find it..

Went down to the Lost River last night just to check it out since the updates. Looks very nice. So many more things in the game to attack and frustrate you now down there.

All over the Gun Island down in the water.

I think my adventures in Rust might come to an end. Might need to fire Subnautica back up even though I just finished on the 4th.

I stage my bases. Usually start right near the pod at the edge of the kelp. Then move to a deeper spot in the red grass near the dunes.

Then down into the Lost River near the large skeleton.

I think this time, I'll make one down in the lave fields before completing the story.

It is available for the XBone. The few reviews I read aren't stellar but they were old reviews. 8+ months ago.

They definitely figured out how to optimize the game better for PC because 12 months ago it would slow to a crawl and crash after 10 to 15 hours. My play through in December was flawless on PC with my old 980 so they might have improved the optimization for the console too.
