Serious question
If there were a place that offered classes for p90x and insanity type workouts, how much would you pay per month

Why would you pay for a class for a workout that you can find pirated copies of? Especially if the workouts are basically classes themselves?

Because people have a need to do these in groups with other people
That's why so many people don't make it to the end
Eta: how many times have people in this thread not finished?

Paying for something isn't incentive to finish. People quit going to the gym all the time.
You have to get their mind right.
ETA: If it's anything like playing PS3 with you, everyone will just tune you out eventually.

It helps. And I agree, it's easier to stay focused when you are working out with other people and not going solo.

I never finished. I am still doing it, though. I don't do the whole program, just the weight training videos and I run.

Why not plyo and yoga, serious question
Posted on 3/6/12 at 3:41 pm to LewDawg

Do you run races? I was set to do one this weekend but it looks like mother nature is going to piss all over my parade.

plyo

Yoga is for serious hard. I think i sweat more during the yoga video than plyo.

I've done yoga, but the workout is 90 minutes. And frick Plyo.
BM, I don't do races. Just run my neighborhood.

I was looking into those after that thread on the OT about the Spartacus run. Looks like fun, but none in my area for quite a while.
