Stellaris console version

This is a 4x grand strategy game from paradox. The deluxe edition is on sale for $19.99 right now so I bought it. Anyone checked it out? I like Crusader Kings and wonder how a grand strategy game would translate to consoles.

I play Stellaris on PC, and I'm not too familiar with how the console version is handled. I enjoy it significantly, but my main concern with console would simply be performance since PC performance can already chug hard with even a top of the line PC, and I'm not sure how well it would flow in terms of controls.

I’ve played a ton of Stellaris on PC and console. The controls are actually implemented really well on console. It does slow down pretty significantly in late game like all Paradox titles and even more on console but it is bearable. I strongly recommend it if you enjoy 4x or grand strategy games.

I enjoyed this game when it first came out but an update added way more complexity and made it less fun for me.
The AI is crazy good even on lower difficulty levels. My plans were constantly getting fricked.
Still a very interesting game and I’d like to see more like it.
