Greenmangaming has Devil May Cry 5 and RE2 Remake for $14.85 (Deluxe Editions of either are $24). Their prices are usually even cheaper than Steams. Not sure if you have to be VIP (which I am) for this price. VIP is just having an account to sign into which is free.
DMC5/RE2 are $20 on Steam. You won't be able to get refunds though as you get the key instantly in your account to redeem on Steam.
Only preorders are refundable.

Yeah I got RDR2 last time it went on sale for $48 - a week after release. 
Going to try it out tonight and hope I can get 60 FPS on 1440p at decent settings.

What CPU and GPU do you have?

Yeah I may have problems because I have an i5 and I hear i5s specifically are an issue (that is probably still not fixed). Someone made a lengthy post on Steam on what to change each setting to for optimal performance. Still not sure it can help the i5 issue until Rockstar themselves optimize the game more.
