if they were gonna try to make some money and get away with it, they would probably just try to jack like $1 from every card

Yea, I'm kinda confused. So do I still need to be worried or if it hasn't happened yet I'm ok?

If your PSN password is the same as your online banking password, you might want to take some time to change your banking password.

I don't think Sony even knows if your CC#s were compromised. But again, if you use the same password for everything, you might want to change them

I went ahead and called Equifax to put a fraud alert on my credit file just to be on the safe side (hell maybe it'll cut down on all pre-approved credit card mail bullshite too).

Did they shut down xbox live for an extended period of time because of said hacking?

""UPDATE""
Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the current outage of PlayStation Network & Qriocity services. We are currently working to send a similar message to the one below via email to all of our registered account holders regarding a compromise of personal information as a result of an illegal intrusion on our systems. These malicious actions have also had an impact on your ability to enjoy the services provided by PlayStation Network and Qriocity including online gaming and online access to music, movies, sports and TV shows. We have a clear path to have PlayStation Network and Qriocity systems back online, and expect to restore some services within a week.
We’re working day and night to ensure it is done as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and feedback. LINK

You want reimbursement for a free product while they are still pulling themselves from rubble over there?

I'm ashamed Lew

I think that's the one I used too. I don't think I stored my info though, unless it does that automatically. Should we be worried about anything else other than CC's being used?

I got the 20 dollar cards because I felt leary about putting my credit card info on there. Glad I finally did something precautionary that is paying off. Even the email address I use is a secondary one.
