Skyrim Vampire Question...

I'm thinking about being a Vampire (one save game with, one without) but I have a big question:
Yes, I'm aware that people will attack me if I'm a level 4 vampire, but if my character is married (he is) and I have a housecarl and a steward, and kids, will they attack me, or will they not care that I'm a vampire?

Pretty sure your wife and kids won't attack.

And if they do you just kill them. You can always get new ones.
