RE7 is amazing in VR, you are in for a ride. So far it is one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say when we look back on VR gaming.. that RE7 was what solidified VR gaming after a rough launch. It's that good. I have to put it down after 2-3 hours and take a break BC im literally unnerved and I need a break to gather myself

Some of these fights with Jack are wayyy to drawn out. Talk about a character that overstays his welcome.

I disagree. I find they did an excellent job theming each part of the game with the different bosses. But they stuck with one overall theme and story that tied in perfectly throughout the game as you played. It was refreshing in that they utilized today's technology and integrated it with an original Resident evil "feel". Perfect game IMO! Hope it conitinues which I'm sure it will.

I quit playing 3 hours in, it's not my type of game. I will wait for GR:W and ME:A.

I've only seen the trailer they offer through VR. Based on that alone it will be a must have IMO.

Anybody hoping for a little bit better ending? Not sure what I was really expecting though...

It's a Resident Evil ending. I had a bigger problem with the blatant padding towards the end.

Mattt, its terrifying in VR. IM going to play the normal 2D version after I finish it in VR. I played the first hour in 2D just to compare and it's absolutely a different game. Both versions are good, capcom nailed it.

Started in VR last night. Got to the first save room after you slip away from Jack. What an experience! I just wish the resolution didn't suck cock in VR. Got a little motion sickness tbh

Just finished in VR. AMAZING GAMING EXPERIENCE. Top 3 of all time for me. It's a lot like playing MARIO 64 for the first time. That jump to 3D is just like the jump to VR.

The resolution could be better but you forget about it fast.

I envy you. The first 2-3 hours in VR is unreal, once you get more firepower it gets less tense but still overall an awesome experience

Carson is this your first VR game? Play standing up. If this is your first VR game the nausea goes away in time. I played on smooth camera turning...fast walking speed and 10 for camera speed. Much better that way. Standing up will kill most of the nausea. Your brain gets confused walking around while sitting. Standing is way better.

I will try standing up tonight. My camera speed is 1, I feel like 10 would be dizzying

I broke down and bought a PS4 for Last of Us and Resident Evil. Didn't buy the VR yet but I am probably going to.

Although I was spooked by moments in Last of Us. Resident in VR might heart attack me.

I finished the game a few days ago and I stand by my first impression:

GOTY candidate for sure and one of the best horror games I have played.

I play on PC and I'm ready for the DLC on the 21st!!
