Just about anything any player can do in Grand Theft Auto V.
The game Hatred goes further than No Russian mission. Postal features a character who goes on a rampage at an Air Force Base and then asks the player to shoot up a school. Spec Ops The Line even makes No Russian look PG13
Hell, even the game Ethnic Cleansing got a sequel and distribution.
