Did you do “pouring forth the oil” mission with John? It should show up after that mission.

That's very dishonorable!

The "side missions" with camp members are not really separate from the story and will only appear when you reach the point in the larger narrative where they make sense. They weave into the larger story line. I'm with the "keep on keeping on and it'll come in time" folks.

Now, if you have no missions with the yellow initials on the map, then that's a problem, but if there are yellow initial missions, just keep going.

Some missions are time of day centric, this is one of them.
