Why didn't you just do that the first time?

I don't believe either of the Vegas games featured domestic terrorism.

I guess that could qualify. I didn't finish the main story on 2 so I'm not sure of the specifics.
Like I posted earlier, since they made a family man into a bomb, that was probably a little over the the top in a lot of people's minds. Right up there with the No Russians in MW2.

I don't remember, but that hardly qualifies. Patriots looked to be rife with American on American violence, which raises red flags as far as being PC.

Ubisoft Toronto has finished working on its portion of Rainbow 6 Patriots, studio boss Jade Raymond has told VG247's Sam Clay.
After a core development team shuffle back in 2012, it was reported that Ubisoft Montreal would continue work on the single-player portion, while the Toronto team would handle the MP missions.
While it's saying Toronto is done with it's part, what's the word on Montreal?

I mean that is an official report, but I found it odd that in the other official report Ubisoft had where they listed what they were doing there was no mention of R6. The other parts of the article cover the big franchises
Not even a mention with the smaller stuff.

“A new console cycle is beginning and it will offer players an unrivalled experience,” Guillemot said. “They will see a major leap in quality with an extraordinary level of immersion as well as the incorporation of all of the innovations developed in recent years in online and social games, giving players the opportunity to create their own experiences and share them within their communities. In order to reap the full benefit of the strong growth expected from the launch of these new consoles, we are integrating into our next blockbusters all of the expertise we have built up over recent years through our online games such as Settlers Online, Trackmania, Howrse and Trials Evolution, as well as our online services platform Uplay which offers us a strategic link with players. Our experience in connected gaming, the quality of our brands and our ability to regularly release major titles, will be vital strengths for capturing new market share and will serve as key growth drivers for the coming years.”
