PUBG Season 6: Shakedown

New map, Karakin. 2x2, 64 players.
Destructive environment, bullet penetration
New Weapons for the new map only
Sticky Bomb for certain walls to be breached
Missed the Panzerfaust announcement but certainly saw it in the trailer.
Gliders arrive for good to Miramar and Erangel.
No gas in gliders to start, must loot gas cans beforehand.
Vikendi removed from map rotation for Karakin, which is now the featured map. Erangel, Sanhok, and Miramar will be randomized in the que.
Vikendi will be getting a makeover for its reappearance at a later date. All maps now subject to removal at some point for new maps to be introduced.
Let’s discuss.

When does season 5 officially end? I'm around 370 or so away from getting the parachute lol

Ended yesterday for the superior race, not sure when it ends for plebs, I'd guess Tuesday as well?

I see. I really only play solo. I'm not sure if the vending machine ever came to pass (miramar I believe) but i've never seen that anywhere in the game. Thats why I ask if there are differences.

They do allow PS4/Xbox cross platform though

Yea, the vending machines always pop up in buildings in Pecado, mainly the arena, casino, and motel. Ive seen them in the two story next to carnes buildings across from casino as well.

1. Map design is really good 8/10
2. Visually it's not interesting 5/10
3. Dark zone mechanic is fun and much better than red zone
4. Airplanes fly 20km/hr and are very noisy
5. TERRIBLE loot settings ruin the gameplay quite often

Our new hazard, the Black Zone only available in Karakin, levels buildings into smoking ruins.
The Black Zone is designed to push players out of the safety of a building.
The hazard is random: towns and compounds can be undamaged, totally flattened, and everything in between.
The mix of buildings and ruins evolves in real time throughout the match: Meaning don’t always expect that building you run to for cover to be there late in the match.
Remember, if you hear the siren, and you are inside that purple circle on the minimap- evacuate!
Buildings destroyed by the Black Zone will be marked with X on the minimap

I just started playing Escape from Tarkov. It's like PUBG but you get to keep your crap. I love it. Any of y'all on it?
