I'm about to try to trade Phillip for Kap.
The 49ers 2nd highest team need is WR so I'm giving them a WR with Phillip.
Here's what I'm trying:
Colts get:
QB Kaepernick (80)
WR Boykin (72) [to keep them under player limit]
49ers get:
QB Rivers (92)
WR Kearse (83)
2016 3rd round pick
Kearse will be their #1 receiver and they get a QB for a few years to throw to him, and a third round pick to get a QB to replace Rivers if they so choose.
Any objections?

Damnnnn, they rejected it! I thought that would be an easy accept.
Changed the 3rd rounder to a 2nd and they still rejected it!

It's damn near impossible for the CPU to accept the trade.
I vote we do force trades as long as we run it by everyone and everyone agrees it's fair

That's probably the best trade that can be offered and you even switched it to a second round pick and they still rejected it. It's bullshite and it was that way last year. It makes trades impossible.
I get that we dont want everyone trading top tier players for top tier players all the time, but when the CPU doesn't accept trades like that it's ludicrous and unrealistic. 49ers would take that shite and run, even if Rivers is 33.
We dont have to do force trades, but it would be nice if trades were done differently, otherwise it will never happen realistically.It's impossible because the CPU doesn't accept logical trades. They only accept bullshite ones.

I am unsure exactly how the cpu looks at this trade but from what offense the 49ers are going to run Rivers isn't the best suited for it.
He may only be like an 85 or something in their system and Kaep be like a 83 (IDK)
but if I am tailor-made for a read option roll out qb I have no business in trying to get Rivers.
I also may be over thinking this and giving the AI a little too much credit here.

This is opinion and can not be proven. They may accept it irl, but I don't think they would say yes immediately as if it were an obvious upgrade. In fact, the only reason I think they would consider it is because of the value that NFL teams place on draft picks.

All I am saying is, I disagree with you on the fact that the Niners would "take that shite and run". Rivers doen't really fit what they are trying to do. That imo, is probably the reason the trade was declined.

If the cpu doesn't accept the trade then it's not happening.
Yes, the trade looks decent, but is it what their team really needs in the trade or it just what you want/need out of it?
This is why I was close to almost not even allowing trades with cpu. If we start forcing trades then there won't be any decent cpu teams left in the league.
Why's everyone so gung-ho with trades right now? Ya'll drafted these players so why wouldn't ya'll want to progress them and see how they turn out?

I didn't draft my team and hate it.
I was under the impression the draft was the 13th, then the next time I looked it had already happened. And I always use a mobile QB when playing Madden so once I can get that issue fixed I'll be fine with my team.

I also disagree with forced trades. Basically so far I am kind of seeing the trend that it's hard to trade with CPU. Well if it's that hard then I'm all for open trading.
I do ask if you have a trade accepted by CPU to post it in this thread.

Guys cardinals and Rams are still trying to figure this out. It will let us play other online matches but will not put us in the other's session after accepting an invite. We've tried everything and I can't find any tips online other make sure our NAT is set to type 2. We will keep trying but any tips would be great.

He was losing in the trade in every aspect. He was giving up a better QB for a lesser QB. No matter the factors of fitting scheme or not. But whatever. I wasn't wanting to trade at all, I was just calling out how BS it is that they didn't take the trade.

From reading online it's seems to occur each year in Madden and I couldn't find any fix.
