What is hunter rated for you?
Posted on 9/15/15 at 3:39 pm to TruLsu
The ratings are different because of scheme. Shaq in my "scheme" is a 66 too. That's because my OLB is supposed to be en edge rusher, which is NOT what Shaq is. Those points are higher for you because of his confidence level I'd guess. They'll get bonuses to ratings when feeling "confident".

Okay I've figured it out now, didn't realize that there was the scheme page for each individual position, even though I've been running a 4-3, all of my individual positions were geared for 3-4 guys (What the Texans actually run). After I adjusted that, Telvin Smith, Kwon Alexander, Christian Jones and Steward all jumped up 10 points, Easley and Malcolm Brown jumped up about 7 points too.
This basically means that as long as we change our scheme at the specific position we're trading guys to reflect what fits them best, we'll get the best values for them. After I adjusted that and looked at your team I was able to see most of the correct or closer to correct overalls.

Yeah this is a game changer
Now I've gotta spend time going through my whole team making sure everything is matched up and seeing what else I've missed in these past few games.
And already realized Carlos Hyde has been playing at a 76 rather than an 84, OBJ and Mariota up a couple points too.

Well, it doesn't make anyone play better. It's just what their value is in that particular role. For example, if you have Dwight Freeney in a 4-3 Tampa 2 role, his overal will tell you he'll play like shite dropping back into coverage, etc.. However that doesn't make him any less of a player. His atts are all the same. If you were blitzing him the whole time off the edge, he's gonna play like a 79 or whatever he is. It's just their to reflect how good they are for that role.

Gotcha, it still would've been nice knowing this when I was drafting, I remember early on in the draft Shaq Thompson was like the number 2 OLB on the board at a 66 overall for me and I was really confused as to why that was the case

You did say that shaq's rating went up in a couple things though right? When we were comparing ?
Posted on 9/15/15 at 7:44 pm to TruLsu
Yeah in like 3 or 4 different things he was 3-4 points higher.

Man I've been playing this Madden just thinking the controls were fricked up, only to find out my controller is whats broken.
Anytime I ran it wouldn't register on the controller, went to Walmart and got a new one, hasn't happened again.
In other words, FRANCHISE FRICKED....

Down 17-3 at the Bengals come from behind to beat the chiefs 27-24 on a FG with 20 seconds to play. The Bengals racked up almost 200 yards rushing and Ryan Tannehill for the Chiefs was unstoppable throwing perfect passes off his back foot and on the run repeatedly
