ISO but handbrake should be able to start with a mp4 or avi just as easily

See edit.
ETA: If this doesn't work then CNet has a few free MP4 to AVI converters to try. I don't want to lose quality on conversion...ZD30 is 1080.

ETA: I'm going to convert one of the original MP4 files to MP4 using that H.264 whatever and see if that changes anything. Hopefully it's not changing an apple into an apple.
select "universal" in the presets on the right hand side of handbrake
i'm pretty sure thats all i did
the chapter thing shouldnt matter to you since your current mp4 doesnt have any chapters, just one long video
1. pick source
2. set destination and filename
3. select universal and click start

pretty sure the output settings are right there in handbrake
i know you can change the ratio or crop the sides of the screen, etc.
mine output in 720x480, but that may be what the original file was

i had never used handbrake before either
its good for shrinking movies and stuff if you want to put them on an iphone or tablet
you can get the filesize down a good bit

I just want to get them onto a thumb drive so they can be portable and converted so they can be playable. I'd rather not burn them, like you said.
Yeah, the original videos were that same size.
BTW I did Pilates this morning just to try it out...thought it was easy. Although I'm not very flexible like those fine arse women, so I'm sure I didn't do some of them right.

The 30 minute part is clutch...I can wake up at 520 instead of 450.

yeah, wife and i tried a T25 last night just to see
it was tough....there were NO breaks at all, so i made my own

There's no shame in making your breaks...I still have to bend over or catch a knee for the Cardio one. Kenpo is legit.

So do I still need something that can take 17 gigs?
Posted on 1/24/14 at 9:56 am to Black
probably not, but i'm not sure what the final size will be for the total
Posted on 1/24/14 at 9:59 am to lsuchamps23
Once you do it one time, you will figure it out. You just need a Wes on your shoulder.

Finished converting...that's a while for a 31 minute video.
Posted on 1/24/14 at 10:09 am to The Sad Banana
yep, they usually take about half the time length of the video
it aint quick, but you only have to do it once
you can also add others to the queue so you can get them all going and just walk away
