Thanks...this might be a dumb question, but will that burn to a disc and play on a bluray player too? Can you even burn to a bluray disc?

For some reason, the default speed test pinged an EATEL server in Hammond. I changed the server and now it's pinging a COX server in NOLA and I get a 27 ping, 29 DL and 8.5 UL. Can I not choose what my PS3/PS4 uses? Or am I talking stupid talk?
I won't say it is stupid talk, but you are just pinging speedtest servers, nothing more.
For BF4, it would be whatever you ping those BF4 servers at. It could be better than 27 or worse. You have no way of determining what your ping to that server is tho in BF4.

Bluray player should play a plain DVD which is all you need
You can put the mp4 on a DVD as a file but if it doesn't play from a thumb drive, it may not play from a DVD since it's treating the DVD as a storage device
Are you gonna use the DVDs on another player or on the ps3?

Thoughts?
Even though I'm not sure I would pick that color, the pattern is sweet.

Yes, if you have a bluray burner.

Okay, here's a question for HandBrake. How do I choose what format to convert the file to?
Posted on 1/24/14 at 9:28 am to The Sad Banana
I just used the default mp4 and changed no options
I know avi is there
I could probably walk you through it if you wanna have a sleepover

You will have to convert it to a DVD image (ISO) and then play it. Like Croacka said, it will treat the DVD as storage if you just drag and drop the file on it.

There's a field called Output Settings and all that drops down is MP4 and Mkv.

You're better off converting them to a normal avi or mp4 and putting them all on a jump drive so you don't have to frick with discs

You will most likely need to get an MP4 or Mkv to ISO converter.

I don't even know what ISO means. Why the frick can't it be simple?

Like I said
I did mp4 and it worked on my ps3
The video and audio codec used is what your ps3 may not play
I used the h.264 video codec

ISO is basically a snapshot of a disc, including menus, special features, etc
I just converted the main "chapter" of the video
That's the 30 minute workout

What was the original format of your files?
ETA: I'm going to convert one of the original MP4 files to MP4 using that H.264 whatever and see if that changes anything. Hopefully it's not changing an apple into an apple.
