He was considered the top FA get this offseason. A lot of people wonder where we are going to get the money. Failcon fans are rustled about it. I don't know how cap stuff works, but I assume we will make it work.

Many excites simply because Vaccaro is so good and he'll make him so much better. For comparisons, his contract I think is 6/$54 and Drew Brees' first contract with the Saints was 6/$60. That's a lot of money for one player on a cap strapped team.
