it is..
next time you go watch a game at a bar, you will be able to see it.. take example the qb throwing the ball.. you will see that the ball has a tail on it on the tv. the worst the refresh rate, the bigger the tail. go to best buy and look at the new 4k tvs.. a lot of those huge 4k's are 120 hz and when they show the sample videos, you will see it badly.
