No bullshite though, against the CPU I have gotten more sacks lately by audibling my DL to QB contain against majority passing teams, with a LB spy.

If I don't play d line contain, I can't keep the qb from running for 15 yards a play. I've played a ton of contain and mixed zone man coverage schemes. That was the only way I kept Kansas in check. I had to audible someone out of the zone they were in into another.
CPU doesn't "guess" right as often like that. But against no huddle I can't even pick a play before they snap it and it kills me.
