Is there an advantage of one over the other?
I’m looking to buy one or the other preloaded with games on a 2TB external drive, but I’m not sure which one to go with.
I would also like to learn how to add and remove games on my on for later on, but I’m not sure if one is easier than the other.

PS3 would be easier and if you have a PC, you can download RPCS3 and play your PS3 games in your PC.

I don’t have internet because the only provider in my area only offers 3mbps

Which means I cannot stream or do anything online unless I use the hotspot in my ATT mobile device.
That’s why I want preloaded games.

Sony is superior to Microsoft in every way. Don’t listen to the creepers that love playing Xbox with children here.

No starlink?
X360 had some amazing games for this console generation and gets my vote.
Side note: my current console choice is the PS5 if you’re thinking I’m a fanboy.

“Order now to reserve your Starlink. Starlink expects to expand service in your area in 2023. You will receive a notification once your Starlink is ready to ship.”

You can order the RV version of Starlink and get it in a week

What is the downside?

$135 a month instead of $110 and you are deprioritized vs those in their home cell. Once you home cell opens you can transfer service there and drop the $25 month RV option. I'm going camping in the sticks this weekend, I'll take the my console and get you a report from a roaming location

360 just because I feel they had better exclusives during this time period

At my fishing camp in BFE, 40 minutes from nearest convenience store, we in the sticks.
Two TVs streaming Sling, other than 1 small hiccup, been solid. Any non live streaming platform probably wouldn't have been a problem. This is due to some trees or the overhead power lines causing mini dropouts, every few minutes only lasting a few seconds at a time, usually 2-4 but have seen a 9 sec drop.
XSX reporting 15Mbps w/ 69ms latency. Updating AC Valhalla, 80GB it is bouncing from 15Mbps to 120Mbps. 11 minutes it's at 3.4% of 80 GB update. Downloading a game would take overnight, but completely doable. Online play probably not gonna work due to those mini dropouts, but it would depend on the type of online game I'm sure.
If you go with it, be aware this thin will face North. Looks to be about a 45 degree tilt, but if you have a lot of trees close on your north side, you're probably gonna have a bad time.
Edit to add
There is no static IP with Starlink, sometimes you're showing is Dallas, Atlanta, etc. If you need static IP, look elsewhere.
