I am glad...and I'm even more glad about the Easton Corbin part.
I don't live in a pimped out country club, but our hood is really nice. And it's really young...still less than 50% of the lots bought up. I don't know the landscaper dude's job responsibilities or his position on the food chain at his company, but it appears that he and his wife are doing okay.

if i want to hire a good landscaper, i'm gonna hire the guy in a 92 chevy truck on daytons, with 4 adult men riding in the front seat of his regular cab, and another 4 in the back of the truck
