No, that's only half the yard. We first got 12 pallets and all our plants/flowers for the front for $3,300. Now, we're biting the bullet and getting the rest. $120/pallet with installation is a good deal from what I'm told.
The landscaper is also my new neighbor...his house will be done in September.
ETA: To answer your question, the first pallets of grass are doing awesome. Green and lush...got to mow it all this weekend. It looks pimp as the frick. I was out front edging on the curb and scraping the grass that grew into the dirt on the curb and listening to country music. I felt like America.
