I played the Dunes Course tournament on amateur and putt the final round AI on Insane. They shot in the mid to high 40s. Shot a 47 in the 2nd round.
i haven't tweaked with anything but the difficulty.

the next level up is Tournament... where you lose putting meter, aiming circle, shot following camera, etc...
