I can get one in August. By then I'll just wait for the 5 if that ever comes out. I'm sure my newborn will need some bullshite like diapers and food or whatever too. So we'll see.

mine does that and changes to channel 1 a lot, which is the on demand channel, which has to fricking load for 30 seconds or so before you can change it again

I recently got my DVR back with Cox, and the guy installing it said that they are so dated and need to be retired. Crap like this is why.

I guess I'm going to wait and see what this Android Ice Cream Sandwich is all about (if my phone gets the upgrade) and look at what options I may or may not have then. I really don't feel like paying a 250.00 early upgrade fee because I could use that towards something else.
