i was reading up something on ar15's and california has some specific rules

you also cannot have a removable magazine with a pistol grip

if you have a california legal grip, you can have removable mag

don't hold that as legal advice, its just what i gathered

i built mine using a separate lower, that same site i sent you has the same kit including lower still in stock

its 100 bucks extra, i paid 88 for my lower, so its not like you are getting a much worse deal
