No. I mean without a functional squad of various classes and communication, I am getting my arse handed to me.

i kinda agree with this. but sometimes i get in a server and u can't even get in a tank without being immediately hit by about 4 RPGs and exploding. it's all about class balance but thats really hard to achieve with 16 man teams
