I feel like I'm hitting them, is there a weapon I should be using besides the M16... Just got it yesterday and I'm lvl 17, so a little limited...

Aug is my go to weapon. I roll with the Enfield and M16 until I get it.

Sounds like you aren't doing all that bad. I'm around 16% and usually, when I put my sights on someone, they fall. I just can't seem to do that too well.
