I think they are trying to charge him with some kind of sex offense and he would be a registered sex offender in Louisiana. Dont know what else they could to him.

You hold a rag or towel over someone's eyes/forehead and tell them to try to do a situp. They can't. You have a buddy drop trou and stick his arse in front of his face. He attempts another situp and you let go of the towel creating kinetic energy of his face slamming into naked friend's arse.
