I play once a week with a bunch of 30+ guys, and even if you miss a week, you still feel it when you play again. Great workout.
If I could play at least 2 nights a week, forget regular workouts.

Theres a park by my office, but that place is where gay dudes go to bang... Why it got a "Pickle Park" nickname.

I can get a key to the school courts in ascension but with AYBA season starting, the courts will be mostly full with practices and games.

i do have a membership at Calloway's and they have a badass court, but i don't think they let you being guest any more. Ill have to check.

what about Oak Grove? they used to have some good games there.
