i bought a box of them last season to try out and for the price i was scared to even try and shoot them.
at this point though, i'm just hoping the ducks are flying good. how does duck season go in your area? here in bama, it comes in the friday and saturday after thanksgiving but then goes out for a week and then comes back the following weekend and runs through the end of january.

gotcha. i wish that they would consider extending it into february here. with the weather like it's been the past couple of years, we really don't see any big pushes until late january early february. i know that they have their conservation reasons but it would be nice. don't get me wrong though, i'll take a limit of 3 wood ducks any day but i'd much rather be able to work a group of mallards.
