Cool to me. I kinda wanna switch away from UTEP. Question, what if we managed to make our team worse off then before we got there like I have done? Do we have to suffer with them until they get respectable?

But what about the idea, do you have a problem with anyone changing teams to a horrible team after they have spent 4 seasons building their current team into at least a 5 star team?

Ok the only reason i had good recruting classes was i had like 10 3* fillers and then a four star olb... these players can stop a 96 speed wr.. i want a fair schedule and alright i guess ill just not be able to use my rival game as a promise.... but u have to agree i have the hardest out of conference schedule and i am not rated in the top three teams

Yes, I think it's only right that to switch teams, you must have built your current team to at least 5 stars, and the team you must take over must be2 stars or below and not within the top 80 in the standings

Its fine with me if they want to do that but it would make my user games a whole lot easier because la tech will be loaded in a couple of years

I'm with you, Tech. Even though I just won the NC, I'm not near the level I want to be at. I want to be ranked pre-season top 5 every year, win multiple NCs, and pull recruiting classes in like I do with OU in my offline dynasty. At the point when I get bored with Tulane is the point that I will want to start anew. But I do like the idea though.

Good question.
The proposal was, if you establish your team as a 5-star program out of a possible 6-stars, then and ONLY then would you be eligible to swap.
On top of that, you can only pick a team that has no more than 2-star prestige at the time you take over. IF it is a BCS school you wish to take over, they must be a 1-star, and no higher.
This is to prevent people from taking teams like LSU, Penn State, and others that are struggling in our current dynasty right now. Their prestige is not all that bad, so they're not losing any recruits in reality.

Cool, looks like the idea may pass.
Note, this will only be done every 4 years. This is our 4th season now, so for those that qualify, if you decide to stick, then we won't do it again until after the 8th season.

I didnt want this to turn crazy i just wanted my voice to be herd that i want to get a say so in my scheduling and i wont put cupcakes all in it but i wont make it the hardest schedule either untill i know i have the team to fully compete...

And, roll, you bring up another good point. For those of us that stay in it for the long haul, this thing could potentially last up to 60 seasons--at least, that's what I've read. That's a long time.
The point of this option is to satisfy the personalities we all have. Some of us, like roll and wall want to stick with their teams and become their school's JoePa. Others have a little inner-Saban we're trying to channel, and we need a good challenge.
I can tell you right now, looking at KU's collapse in the dynasty, I may be inclined to take them over at some point.
Just a side note... I play this same dynasty offline, and I simulated UNM through 2014. That year, I was 12-0, #3 in the country, and I got beat in the Sugar Bowl by Michigan. I took over KU for 2015, and now the rebuilding process begins.
That's just the kind of personality I have. I like to start from scratch and build up.

Well thanks for the compliment, but don't cut the other guys short. Both Tech and I are not hands down above everyone in the league, and our fast well built teams have had both of our asses handed to us by some of these teams you are short changing.
And I take no offense to your concerns, and I appreciate you being in the league, and have no problem with you voicing your frustrations, but I hope you understand that scheduling for 11 teams is not as easy as it looks. Locked games suck arse, but we have to work around it.
Anyways, are you game for our game at 8:00pm tomorrow night?
