That's not entirely fair. A lot of the games they showed also are coming to Vita, and the Tearaway on PS4 is different than what released on Vita. It has different content, they explained that in the stuff before.

I'm new to vita and have plenty to play but it's a little frustrating how little Sony is supporting it. The least they could do is mention it at the conferences.

Yep! There's been dozens on PS3 this generation. I'm about to purchase Tales of Xillia 2 that came out recently.
Child of Light was a late arrival on Vita. Released a few months later (and I think only platform to have physical copy), so I understand why it's not discounted yet.
