I have a Wii and a PS3 - I only use the Wii for Tiger Woods - and it's worth it just for that
although Lego Star Wars is pretty fun as well
but, at most, I might spend an hour a week playing video games

you totally will, we got one for our wedding and it is barely played...
I like my 360 alot...360 is cheaper and the games are just as good if not better than the PS3.
You do get an affordable updatable blu ray player with the PS3 though...I guess it depends on what you want it for.

Here's what I paid, rounded of course.
PS3: 40 GB=$400
360: 20 GB=$300+Wireless Network Adapter=$100 (might have been closer to $120)
So I think i paid more for my 360 actually. It was worth it though.

ps3's graphics are a little better. Having used both on my tv, though, both are very very good.
