Playing Baton Rouge and other LA cities in Cities Skylines

Decided to browse the Cities Skylines Workshop and if you search for "Louisiana" you'll find people who made maps to resemble BR and other cities.
It's the blank map only, no buildings. We should see who can improve BR's traffic/crime problem the best haha.

Just the interstate and the layout of the land and river.
You'll have to make everything else
